1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to DAT Creative Studio. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and DAT Creative Studio ("Studio", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Service Agreement
When engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding project execution and client responsibilities:
2.1 Client Responsibilities
- Provide clear, accurate project requirements and specifications
- Deliver necessary materials and content in the requested format
- Respond to communications within agreed-upon timeframes
- Review and provide feedback on deliverables promptly
- Ensure all provided materials respect third-party rights
2.2 Our Commitments
- Deliver services according to agreed specifications
- Maintain regular communication throughout the project
- Provide professional guidance and recommendations
- Respect project timelines and deadlines
- Maintain high quality standards in all deliverables
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The ownership and usage rights of all deliverables are governed by the following terms:
3.1 Client Rights
- Full ownership of final deliverables upon complete payment
- Rights to use and modify delivered content
- Exclusive rights to your brand-specific elements
3.2 Studio Rights
- Right to showcase work in our portfolio
- Ownership of custom frameworks and tools
- Rights to non-exclusive design elements
- Credit attribution where applicable
4. Payment Terms
Our payment terms ensure fair compensation while protecting both parties:
4.1 Payment Schedule
- 50% initial deposit to commence work
- Remaining balance due upon project completion
- Additional charges for scope changes
- Late payment fees may apply after 30 days
Note: All prices are quoted in Ghanaian cedis (GHS) unless otherwise specified. Payment methods include bank transfer and major credit cards.
5. Project Delivery
Our delivery process is designed to ensure quality and satisfaction:

5.2 Revisions
- Two rounds of revisions included
- Additional revisions at hourly rate

- Non-disclosure of sensitive information
- Secure handling of client materials
- Limited access to project details
- Confidential treatment of business strategies
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for excellence, our liability is limited to:
- The total amount paid for services
- Direct damages only
- Excludes third-party service issues
- No liability for client-provided content
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement under these conditions:
- Written notice required
- Payment for completed work
- Return of all materials
- Confidentiality obligations remain
